PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

Sunshine College
 

Rafferty the Wrecker undertook asbestos removal and staged demolition works across five buildings at Sunshine College. The project involved the partial demolition of the Commerce Wing, followed by the complete demolition of the Trade Building. Asbestos removal was completed before demolition commenced, with licensed Rafferty workers managing non-friable asbestos removal and a licensed specialist subcontractor undertaking friable asbestos removal. The works required careful staging and coordination to manage demolition and hazardous materials removal within a school environment.
