Rafferty the Wrecker undertook Stage 2 demolition works at Kyneton High School, involving the complete demolition of Buildings 4, 5, 7 and 9, including their foundations. The scope also included the removal of covered walkways, steps, paths, electrical pillars and seating throughout the designated work areas.

Works to Building 10 included the removal of internal walls, doors, windows, fixtures and fittings. Internal floor coverings, floor finishes, ceilings and redundant services were also removed, alongside asbestos and hazardous materials identified.
