Demolition was completed in a staged sequence using a 20–30 tonne excavator, removing each building section by section in a controlled manner. Materials were lowered to ground level, separated into their respective waste streams and progressively loaded out for removal. Works progressed through the site in the sequence of Block A, Block D, Block E and Block F, with the demolition methodology focused on maintaining structural stability throughout each stage.
