Rafferty the Wrecker undertook demolition and strip-out works at St Vincent’s Hospital, 77 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy. The project involved demolition of the existing Level 4 tower structure, comprising external masonry walls, aluminium-framed glazing, internal steel columns and a steel-framed roof with steel decking.

The works also included strip-out activities within a live hospital environment. This required careful planning and coordination to manage demolition activities within an operating healthcare facility.
