Rafferty the Wrecker undertook demolition works across industrial properties at 39 Indwe Street and 1 Paramount Road, West Footscray, as part of preparations for a future data centre development. The scope included demolition of existing buildings and factories, with designated warehouse structures retained at the Indwe Street site and existing concrete slabs and foundations preserved at Paramount Road.

Additional works included removal of outbuildings, sheds, canopies, covered walkways, a concrete water tank and pump room building. Three underground diesel tanks were also removed, along with associated site debris. Existing hardstand areas and designated concrete slabs were retained in accordance with the project requirements.
