Rafferty the Wrecker undertook demolition works at HEIX, 595–597 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, involving two concrete structures comprising three and five levels, each with basement car parking.

Located in the Melbourne CBD and surrounded by business offices and operating commercial premises, the project required careful planning and coordination to manage demolition activities within a live urban environment. Protection measures included scaffold gantries along Little Collins Street and Francis Street, together with cantilevered steel beams and overhead protection systems to safeguard adjoining properties.
