Rafferty the Wrecker undertook demolition works at 375–377 Punt Road, Cremorne, involving a six-level apartment complex with a steel-clad sheltered area and lift shaft positioned on the roof. The building comprised concrete and steel beams and columns, in-situ concrete suspended floors, and external façades incorporating speed panel cladding with concrete infill and steel and timber framing.

The scope included demolition of the building down to ground level, together with removal of the roof structures and partial demolition of the basement. The project involved managing the demolition of the multi-level structure and its associated concrete and steel building elements.
