Rafferty the Wrecker undertook demolition works at 288 Queen Street and 324–328 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. The project involved two multi-storey steel and concrete buildings, comprising a five-level structure at 288 Queen Street and a four-level structure at 324–328 Little Lonsdale Street.
The site plan identifies scaffold gantry protection along Little Lonsdale Street and a cantilevered needle deck protection system around sections of the buildings. These protection measures formed part of the site arrangements for the demolition works within the surrounding urban environment.
