Rafferty the Wrecker undertook demolition works at 274–278 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, involving the removal of all existing buildings and structures within the site. The front 60% of the building comprised a three-level concrete-framed structure with brick cladding and a sheet-metal roof.

The rear 40% consisted of a five-level mixed-use structure with steel and timber framing. Ground to Level 3 floors were timber, while the upper level featured a concrete slab and a timber-framed roof with steel sheeting. The project involved demolition of the varied building structures across the site.
