Rafferty the Wrecker undertook the demolition of an eight-storey reinforced concrete car park at 12 Queens Road, Melbourne. Constructed around 1978, the structure comprised 15 offset parking levels and a half-basement at the eastern end of the site.

The project involved the controlled demolition of the multi-level structure down to the basement level, using a high-reach excavator. Located within a constrained urban environment, the works required careful planning around site access, neighbouring properties and surrounding roads.
